Starting in September 2019, our Insights to Apprenticeships Central programme will be working with two schools in the centre of Bristol. It aims to support young Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) students gain an insight into apprenticeship pathways. In cohorts of 12, the programme seeks to improve the self confidence of students by developing their understanding of their own personality traits and how these relate to employer requirements. We are excited to be partnering with Babassa on this project and we are supported by the city council’s Diversity Hub. Partners include KPMG, Randstad, the Watershed and EDF.
